Indigene und afrikanische Einfl\u00fcsse stellten einen guten N\u00e4hrboden f\u00fcr schwarze Magie dar. Diese galt es auszurotten. Dem Beispiel aus Europa folgend, wurden die Beschuldigten solange gefoltert, bis ein Gest\u00e4ndnis abgelegt wurde.<br \/>\nAm Tag der Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit 1811 wurde der Inquisitions-Palast vom Volk gest\u00fcrmt.<br \/>\nDie Aufmachung am Eingang verspricht einen abwechslungsreichen Rundgang mit englischer Beschriftung. So sehr, dass wir nach f\u00fcnfeinhalb Stunden (wer hat eigentlich die L\u00fcge, dass der Bus vier Stunden braucht, erfunden?) als Stock gefroren aus dem Bus fallen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein lohnender Ausflug ist Cartagena allemal. Mit zwei \u00dcbernachtungen hat man ausreichend Zeit die Altstadt mit angrenzenden Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten zu bewundern.<br \/>\nWir freuen uns \u00fcber unsere Entscheidung Cartagena per Bus besucht haben. Die Marinas und der Ankerplatz liegen zwar verlockend nah am alten Kern, aber Dinghy Dock oder \u00e4hnliches konnten wir nicht entdecken.
