Alles h\u00f6rte sich super an und es schien, als ob es in Cartagena einen Rigger g\u00e4be, der ein neues Want anfertigen k\u00f6nnte. Kein Problem dachte ich, da unsere Reise nach Hamburg bevorstand und ich die Terminals aus Deutschland mitbringen k\u00f6nnte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Wieder in Santa Marta, \u00fcbergab ich die neuen Terminals der Werft, um dann 2 Wochen sp\u00e4ter erfahren zu m\u00fcssen, dass ein 10mm Draht in Kolumbien nicht erh\u00e4ltlich sei. Hier g\u00e4be es nur 3\/8 Zoll Dr\u00e4hte&#8230;. H\u00e4tten sie das gleich gesagt, dann h\u00e4tte ich solche Terminals mitbringen k\u00f6nnen. Es dr\u00e4ngt sich leider der Verdacht auf, dass die Werft hier nicht besonders bewandert ist, wenn es um Segelboote geht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Um f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Notf\u00e4lle ger\u00fcstet zu sein, hatte ich in Hamburg aber auch noch eine Reihe von Schraubterminals gekauft. So einen Notfall hatten wir nun und ich beschloss das alte Want mit einem Schraubterminal zu reparieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Schritt 1: Abs\u00e4gen des alten Terminals oberhalb der Bruchstelle. Den Draht habe ich in einen Schraubstock geklemmt wobei dessen Backen mit Bleiplatten bedeckt waren, um Besch\u00e4digungen des Wants zu vermeiden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"boxersandswipers\" title=\"Schraubstock\" href=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Schraubstock.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-132989 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Schraubstock-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Schraubstock-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Schraubstock-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Schraubstock-624x468.jpg 624w, https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Schraubstock.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Schritt 2: Einf\u00e4deln des Konus. Dazu werden die 12 Dr\u00e4hte, die den Kern umspannen gel\u00f6st und leicht ge\u00f6ffnet, sodass sich der Terminal-Konus \u00fcber den aus 7 Dr\u00e4hten bestehenden Innenkern des Wants geschoben werden kann.
