Wir haben uns entschieden, den unteren roten Zierstreifen mit Antifouling zu \u00fcberstreichen. Der Wasserpass kommt somit gut 8 cm h\u00f6her.<br \/>\nDas Antifouling haben wir schon in Las Palmas besorgt. Leider war das Antifouling nicht in schwarz zu bekommen, so dass wir in Zukunft Fischerboot-Rot untenrum leuchten werden. Zu Atanga passt das ganz gut und wir sind zuversichtlich, dass es uns gefallen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Vor dem ersten Anstrich, muss das Antifouling eine halbe Stunde ger\u00fchrt werden. Mindesten eine halbe Stunde, wie man uns beim Kauf mehrfach als Ermahnung mitgegeben hat.<br \/>\nDer Quirl an der Bohrmaschine ist \u00fcberfordert. Zu dick hat sich die Farbe am Grund abgesetzt. Ohne den passgenauen Abzieher ist das aber nicht m\u00f6glich. So ein Werkzeug ist hier nicht vorhanden. Aber die Jungs sind pfiffig und es wird &#8222;mal eben&#8220; einer gebaut.<br \/>\nDass auf keinen Fall mit roher Gewalt und Hammer auf den Propeller eingeschlagen werden darf, ist den Jungs wohl bewusst. Sie gehen vorsichtig und mit Bedacht vor. Keiner hat Lust einen 4.000 EUR Propeller auf dem Gewissen zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Erst klappt es noch nicht recht, aber als\u00a0der\u00a0Werftmeister\u00a0Support leistet, weicht der Prop von seinem Platz. Mehr schaffen die Jungs heute allerdings nicht. Dem n\u00e4chsten Problem, dem Lager wird sich dann Morgen gewidmet. Alles geht hier mit Bedacht vor sich.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tag 3 an Land<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Achim und ich streichen heute die zweite Lage Antifouling. Die zweite Schicht geht deutlich schneller, da wir nur noch eine d\u00fcnn Schicht auftragen. In Summe haben wir dann fast 10\u00a0Liter verstrichen.<\/p>\n<p>Das n\u00e4chste Projekt ist das Polieren des Rumpfes.<br \/>\nEs gibt zwar Lauf-Gestelle auf Rollen hier in der Werft, aber da wir wie in einem Spinn-Netz verspannt sind, k\u00f6nnen wir nur auf Trittleitern arbeiten.<br \/>\nIch poliere die untere H\u00e4lfte und Achim kann bis zur Scheuerleiste reichen. Wenn wir die Welle nicht ausrichten lassen, wird ein Getriebeschaden die Folge sein. Die Welle \u00fcbt zu viel Druck auf das Getriebe aus.<br \/>\nEr zeichnet Achim alles auf, erkl\u00e4rt ihm, was gemacht werden muss und leitet \u00dcberzeugungsarbeit.
