Guyana, Tag 646, 5.573 sm von HH<br \/>\nIch nehme die Hauptemotion, die diese Aktion ausl\u00f6st, gleich vorweg:<br \/>\nGro\u00dfe Zufriedenheit mit dem Ergebnis.<br \/>\nDer Rest war, gelinde gesagt, echt Kacke.\u00a0 <img src=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/plugins\/classic-smilies\/img\/icon_rolleyes.gif\" alt=\":roll:\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt ist eigentlich eine Nummer zu gro\u00df f\u00fcr uns. In der Theorie ist alles &#8218;klar&#8216;.<br \/>\nTrotzdem stehen wir zun\u00e4chst ratlos vor dem nackten Dinghi.<br \/>\nWir brauchen ein Schnittmuster aus Papier, um passende Teile aus Stoff zuschneiden zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Packpapier wickeln wir die Schl\u00e4uche eng ein, wie ein \u00fcbergro\u00dfes Geschenk.<br \/>\nJede Rundung und Kurve bilden wir mit dem Papier nach. Ein strategisch falscher Schnitt wird einfach wieder zugeklebt.<br \/>\nDiese Schnitte bilden Keile, die im Stoff als Abn\u00e4her wieder die gleiche W\u00f6lbung wie vorher das Papier bilden. Alles klappt prima.<br \/>\nBis wir einen folgenschweren Fehler machen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir schneiden die L\u00f6cher f\u00fcr Griffe und Ruder-Aufnahme bereits beim Zuschnitt in den Stoff.<br \/>\nIn der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, die das sp\u00e4tere Loch haben soll.<br \/>\nW\u00fcrden wir nur kleine Schlitze geschnitten haben, h\u00e4tten wir uns viel Arbeit ersparen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Teile aneinander n\u00e4hen, S\u00e4ume n\u00e4hen und einen Tunnel f\u00fcr ein umlaufendes Gummi. Auch hier passt alles \u00fcberraschend gut.<br \/>\nAn keiner Stelle haben wir Nahtzugaben vom Papier auf den Stoff vergessen zu \u00fcbertragen. <img src=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/plugins\/classic-smilies\/img\/icon_smile.gif\" alt=\":-)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Unser Cover sitzt schon bei der ersten Anprobe ganz gut. Dann geht&#8217;s ja noch. Gel\u00e4chter.<\/p>\n<p>Besondere Fehler ziehen besondere Ma\u00dfnahmen nach sich.<br \/>\nDas Dinghi kommt an Deck und wir beschlie\u00dfen, dass es dort bleibt, bis wir fertig sind.<br \/>\nAusgehverbot. Im Arbeitslager gefangen auf Atanga.<\/p>\n<p>Wir gehen in die Massenproduktion.<br \/>\nAchim misst und schneidet die Abdeck-Riegel zu. Ich n\u00e4he. Erst die S\u00e4ume an den kleinen Teilen umn\u00e4hen. Dann noch die Teile am Cover festn\u00e4hen.<br \/>\nLeute, es sind ja nur 16 kurze N\u00e4hte pro Riegel. Alle L\u00f6cher sind in richtiger Gr\u00f6\u00dfe an richtiger Stelle.<br \/>\nEine der Abdeckung haben wir sowohl auf links zugeschnitten, als auch auf links umgen\u00e4ht und angen\u00e4ht.<br \/>\nDer Fehler ist in der Fertigung, sowohl beim Zuschnitt als auch beim N\u00e4hen, durchgerutscht.<br \/>\nErst bei der Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle f\u00e4llt der Fehler auf und wird billigend als Toleranz-Abweichung in Kauf genommen. Die beseitigen zu viel Spannung in der Kurve und Falten gleichzeitig. Nahezu die H\u00e4lfte d\u00fcrfte in die Abdeckungs-Riegel gegangen sein.<br \/>\nOkay, jetzt im Nachgang finden wir auch, dass die Riegel geil aussehen.
