Er nimmt den Koffer unserer Holl\u00e4nder und wir dackeln hinterher.<\/p>\n<p>Geduldig wartet er, bis wir durch die Passkontrolle sind. Achim und ich sind schneller als die Holl\u00e4nder und wir quatschen ein wenig mit ihm. Er ist mundfaul, sein Englisch schlecht.<br \/>\nPl\u00f6tzlich will er 100 EUR statt der verabredeten 80 EUR. Wir handeln ihn runter, sind aber noch immer nicht misstrauisch.<\/p>\n<p>Alle vier steigen wir ein.<\/p>\n<p>Sein Fahrstiel ist unter aller Kanone, er f\u00e4hrt 120 wo 50 erlaubt ist, schreibt SMS w\u00e4hrend der Fahrt (ja, kennt er den Spot mit den jungen Engl\u00e4nderinnen denn nicht? <img src=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/plugins\/classic-smilies\/img\/icon_eek.gif\" alt=\":shock:\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/> ), g\u00e4hnt die ganze Zeit und reibt sich die roten Augen.<\/p>\n<p>Schlussendlich kommen wir (in Rekordzeit) in Paramaribo an.<br \/>\nDie Fahrt zum Hotel wird zur Stadtrundfahrt, denn der Fahrer wei\u00df gar nicht genau wo es liegt.<br \/>\nKomisch das alles.<\/p>\n<p>Im Hotel \u00a0erwartet man uns bereits aufgeregt an der Rezeption. Eine Nachricht von Davide liegt vor: &#8222;Seid vorsichtig, das ist der falsche Fahrer. Nicht einsteigen!&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Zu sp\u00e4t! <img src=\"https:\/\/atanga.de\/wp-content\/plugins\/classic-smilies\/img\/icon_mrgreen.gif\" alt=\":mrgreen:\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/> m\u00f6chte man meinen.<\/p>\n<p>Achim telefoniert mit Davide, der erleichtert ist, von uns zu h\u00f6ren: Er hat sich Sorgen gemacht. Fahrer kidnappen schon mal menschliche Fracht, manchmal auch, um sie von allen Wertgegenst\u00e4nden zu erleichtern.<br \/>\nDeepak, der echte Fahrer, kommt gleich am Hotel vorbei, damit wenigstens die R\u00fcckfahrt geregelt l\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n<p>Deepak ist super nett und entspricht nun auch allen Beschreibungen<br \/>\nEr h\u00e4tte uns wohl mit dem falschen Fahrer gesehen. Hat sich aber nicht getraut, uns anzusprechen. Die Koffer waren schon im Auto, da war er unsicher. Er wird wohl auch manchmal grob angemacht, dass er Fracht stehlen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>Alles nicht so schlimm, alles gut gegangen.<\/p>\n<p>Suriname ist bislang f\u00fcr uns ein wei\u00dfer Fleck auf der Landkarte.<br \/>\nBis 1975 hie\u00df Suriname noch Niederl\u00e4ndisch-Guayana. Hat sich dann, anders als die Franz\u00f6sische Nachbarin, vom Europ\u00e4ischen Mutterland gel\u00f6st und ist selbstst\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<p>Knapp eine halbe Million Menschen leben hier in buntem Mix beieinander.<br \/>\nFriedlich beieinander.<br \/>\n37% Schwarze, 27% Inder und 13% Indonesier.<br \/>\nIhre Religionen haben alle behalten. Der ethnische Mix hat zu einer eigenen Sprache, dem TakiTaki gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>In Suriname gehen erwachsene M\u00e4nner mit filigranen Vogelk\u00e4figen spazieren in denen ebenso zarte Singv\u00f6gel sitzen. Aber Korruption und Misswirtschaft verhindern einen Aufstieg.<\/p>\n<p>Hohe Inflation macht das Land kaputt, allerdings\u00a0f\u00fcr uns sehr preiswert.<br \/>\nHotels und gr\u00f6\u00dfere Restaurants steuern mit USD-Rechnungen dagegen. So viel Verkehr sind wir gar nicht mehr gew\u00f6hnt und dann wird auch noch links gefahren.<br \/>\nMinibusse warten auf G\u00e4ste, Fu\u00dfwege sind zu geparkt, Zebrastreifen funktionieren gar nicht, wo es geht, wird gerast.
