Nicht nur zentral gelegen, sondern es gibt ein tolles Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksbuffet und eine Eier-K\u00f6chin, die die besten Omelette zaubert.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits fr\u00fch sind wir auf dem sensationellen Markt. In einer gro\u00dfen Halle, unten mit Gem\u00fcse, Fleisch und Fisch, gibt es im ersten Stock P\u00fctt und Pann und alles, was Mensch so braucht.<br \/>\nIn den kleinen Verschl\u00e4gen sind sogar Friseur-&#8222;Salons&#8220; untergebracht. Nicht, dass uns das nicht schmecken w\u00fcrde, aber die Imbiss-Buden sind graulich. Die Tischmanieren der G\u00e4ste ebenso. Die Buden sind runter gek\u00fchlt bis zur Schmerzgrenze, ungem\u00fctlich und Roti zum Mitnehmen gibt es nicht. Macht auch keinen Sinn, drau\u00dfen ist alles nass.<br \/>\nDabei hatten wir gestern Abend nett direkt am Suriname-River gegessen. Warum geht das tags\u00fcber nicht?<\/p>\n<p>Da fallen uns die Gark\u00fcchen auf dem Markt wieder ein, also hurtig zur\u00fcck, einmal quer durch die Stadt. Wir kommen zu sp\u00e4t. Die St\u00fchle sind bereits hochgestellt, die Buden leer. Hier isst man zeitig am Vormittag.<br \/>\nIn unserer letzten Verzweiflung, kaufen wir uns eine Art &#8218;Springroll&#8216; in einer B\u00e4ckerei.<br \/>\nGem\u00fctlich ist das dort nicht und die Rollen haben eine Restfeuchte von Null Prozent. Wir sitzen gesch\u00fctzt unter unserem\u00a0Baldachin und die Kellner laufen mit Regen-Schirm von Tisch zu Tisch.<br \/>\nUnkompliziert, ungestresst, witzig.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Essen gibt es eine kleine Massage von einer jungen Thai, die mal richtig zugreifen kann.
